The large open plan kitchen, dining and living area includes many extras including split system reverse cycle air conditioners and gas heating. The kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, granite bench tops, under bench water filter and is amply fitted out to cater for the most enthusiastic cook on holiday. For a larger gathering, the sheltered alfresco area offers a protected entertainment hub in a fenced private courtyard which is roofed for use all year. The property is complete with laundry and washing machine. Quilts and pillows are provided.
