Rex Ellis began his safari operations in 1965, having gained valuable experience on South Australian and Western Australian stations, working as a jackeroo and an overseer. Rex is a keen ornithologist and naturalist, his safaris are nature oriented, and has observed the conservation ethic for years before the term "ecotourism" was coined.
